Private credit’s active lenders

Since 2014, Real Estate Capital Europe published an annual list of Europe’s top lenders. In 2023, the list was relaunched to capture those organizations able – and willing – to demonstrate their European real estate financing activities by providing information on the amount of their lending and examples of stand-out transactions.

Rather, we considered which organisations have stood out in the parts of the market they aim to serve since we compiled our previous list in October 2018. These have been listed under the following categories: UK banks, German banks, other European banks, North American banks and non-bank lenders.
